Last updated · May 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of brightsideroofers.com (the "Site") operated by Brightside Roofers ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or submitting an estimate request, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access it using automated means without our written permission.

Estimate requests

Information you submit through the estimate form is used to prepare a non-binding quote. Final pricing, scope, and timing are subject to an in-person inspection and a written agreement signed by both parties. Submitting the form does not create a contract for work.

Communications consent

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your inquiry, including a confirmation email and follow-up messages or calls about your project. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and photos, is owned by or licensed to Brightside Roofers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information about services, pricing, and availability is subject to change at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brightside Roofers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
